What's this job?
As a Service Leader, you are responsible for all aspects of the vehicle flow through the service area:

• Consult with customers and front-counter team
• Create pricing and estimating on service repairs
• Supervises associates by training, scheduling, coaching and communicating job expectations
• Order and manage parts inventory
• Provide top notch Guest service
• Assign and oversee work of the automotive technicians

What You Need

• A valid driver's license and a good driving record
• To focus on safety
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair and diagnostics
• ASE certified is desired, but not required
• Successful track record in sales
• To provide world-class Guest service
• A teamwork mindset
