Job Description

Qualifications of this position include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience configuring, developing, and implementing ServiceNow.
  • Expert Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, JQuery
  • Expert Knowledge in Source Control and Code Review
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow API integration process and low code development
  • Proven problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of release management
  • Expert knowledge of ITIL processes, ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues.
  • Expert Knowledge of Industry Best Practices for Web Development
  • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem request, CMDB, knowledge, and hardware asset management.
  • Experience in test plan development and execution
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience, especially client requirement analysis and system design
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with the FedRAMP ServiceNow platform.
  • B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems or related Information Technology discipline
