Job description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with at least 6+ years of IT experience and GxP domain experience.

Top Skills' Details

1. 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow BA in a GxP environment

2. 5-7 years of experience working with testing and development teams to validate documents as a BA

3. Extensive experience gathering requirements for ITSM projects

4. Facilities project experience is nice to have

Job Responsibilities include:

• Understand business partner's needs and vision, and deliver best in class ServiceNow solutions as Sr. BA, gathering requirements, validating documents, creating SOP's, etc.

• Follow the Agile software development methodology including:

o Eliciting and documenting user stories

o Collaborating with business partners to manage priorities

o Assisting with test case development and execution

o Performing demos for stakeholders

• Very strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills

• Excellent fact-based problem-solving ability.
