We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Operations team. The Service Specialist works alongside the Sales team to provide excellent customer service and issue resolution to member firms.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Resolves a variety of issues for carriers, financial advisors, and DPL consultants.
  • Correspond daily with clients and advisors.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge of multiple insurance carriers service and post-issue processes.
  • Maintain data integrity with all documentation whether physical or electronic.
  • Package and mail contract documents to advisors and clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain and provide information to support operations functions.
  • Assist with other operational functions as required by business.


Qualifications


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Salesforce or similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Experience in the insurance sector or with RIAs with a focus in Operations Processing or Customer Service
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and other e-signature platforms.
  • Experience assisting in financial transactions.
  • Experience with e-application platforms (e.g., Firelight)


Working Conditions
