Job Description

Audi Gilbert, family-owned and operated is seeking an experienced, hands-on, and highly motivated Service Manager to grow the company while guiding and establishing processes for staff and production to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and clean shop.
  • Ensure proper warranty procedures are followed, claims review, billing, and collection.
  • Manage the activities of the Service department, ensure efficient and profitable operation of the department
  • Maintain profitability while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction (CSI)
  • Supervisor department employees to include training, motivation, counseling, and documenting employee performance to maximize production and client satisfaction.
  • Attract, develop, and retain the very best talent
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Plan, organize, and lead service department operations to meet/exceed dealership goals and manufacturer requirements.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules.
  • Plan, and prepare work schedules. Assist in monitoring the shop productivity, workflow, and procedures with an emphasis on efficiency, thoroughness, and safety

Qualifications:

  • Professional appearance, a strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach
  • Must possess a valid AZ driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Process driven coach/mentor who can lead an existing group of dedicated employees
  • Process driven, outstanding attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
  • Prior experience using Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
  • 5+ years’ Service Manager experience with German or luxury automotive dealership REQUIRED
