: Responsible for Assisting the Service Manager/Service Advisor in the effective operation of the service center to include; sales, productivity and profitability.

Job Duties:
  • Ensuring strict compliance with the service Code of Ethics and all municipal, state, and federal regulations and procedures pertaining to the operation of the service center.
  • Ensure the satisfactory application of customer service standards and customer satisfaction programs.
  • Perform any other functions as required by the Service Manager
  • Ensure professional, timely communication to all customers
  • Ensure satisfactory maintenance, appearance and condition of assigned facilities to comply with security, safety, and environmental codes and ordinances
  • Assist Service Manager in the effective daily operation of the service department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish follow up time
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle\
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Greet customers promptly
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
  • Complete an active delivery at the end of all transactions.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle information
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Above average energy level
  • Reynolds and Reynolds computer experience a plus
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
  • Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Service Consultant is a must
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
