Server :

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing top-notch service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with menus and helping them with any inquiries.
2. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
4. Ensure guests have everything they need during their dining experience, anticipating their needs and responding to requests.
5. Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
6. Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and maintain smooth service flow.
7. Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests.
8. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly.
9. Uphold a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and the overall restaurant environment.
10. Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and fellow team members.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
5. Positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
6. Basic math skills for handling payments and issuing change.
7. Knowledge of food and beverage items on the menu.
8. High school diploma or equivalent education.
