Life As a Server


  • Set up, monitor, refresh, and breakdown for coffee breaks, receptions, and buffet tables following specified functions according to group requirements.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving.
  • Greet guests as they arrive and assist them with seating at tables.
  • Assists with setting up banquet rooms from 10-200 people and serving meals.
  • Input order into system; legibly document orders when system is down or collect tickets as specified.
  • Take guests' alcoholic beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, when specified on function requirements.
  • Clean all equipment as assigned.


What We're Looking For


  • Provide legible communication.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Food handling certificate.
  • Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Compute basic arithmetic.


What To Expect In Your First Few Months


Marketing Associate
Nature's Sunshine is seeking a Marketing Associate to join the North American marketing team. This individual will be a key contributor in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and revenue and needs to be a self-starter who is passionate about delivering company objectives.
This role will lead the brand's social media strategy and execution, influencer activations, brand partnerships, content marketing, and ultimately ensure the best consumer brand experience. This position will report to the Director of Marketing for North America.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of the content marketing strategy across social, blogs, shareable, SEO, etc.
  • Publish relevant, original, and high-quality content, leveraging trending topics, hashtags, and user generated content
  • Create and deploy organic influencer strategy and activation with post-execution assessment and recommendations.
  • Run in-house paid media on Meta, boost content as needed, report on success of campaigns, and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations
  • Strategize, initiate and execute brand partnerships that will grow brand awareness and expose new audiences to Nature's Sunshine
  • Coordinate assets and manage shot lists for internal and external photoshoots (studio, lifestyle, stop-motion, location)
  • Provide monthly performance evaluations, and based on performance, provide recommendations on optimizations
  • Proactive planning and goal setting for social channels
  • Lead the creation, implementation, and performance evaluation of Nature's Sunshine social strategy across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communication, or similar.
  • Portfolio of consumer-facing campaigns, including creative, social, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Two or more years of work experience with content marketing initiatives (e.g., Social, blog content creation).
  • Two or more years of work experience in DTC and Brand Marketing.
Skills
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate strategy and results internally, as well as employ a clear and consistent brand voice externally on social media and the blog.
  • Marketing Strategy: Marketing acumen combined with social intelligence.
  • Project Management: Incredibly organized with the ability to take a project from conceptualization to execution in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Data Analysis: The ability to look at the data available and apply it to larger strategies to accomplish goals.
  • Copywriting: Ability to write witty, attention-grabbing social copy, timely commentary, and concise copy that speaks to a specific audience.
