Job Duties

Install, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot and support cloud-based software applications in large enterprise systems environment. Support, manage, install, and administer mission critical systems and applications. Troubleshoot and provide solutions. Participate in operational/disaster recovery tests by performing documented recover procedures for the software platform. Participate in software releases to production and pre-production environments. Mentor junior engineers. Technical Environment: DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker, AWS, Java, Python, Linux/Unix administration, configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Kafka/Storm, ELK/AppDynamics, SQL, MySQL, NoSQL.

Qualifications

*Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in job offered or with software or systems development required. Required Skills: experience in large enterprise systems environment to support, manage, install, and administer mission critical systems and applications; DevOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Artifactory, Spinnaker, AWS, Java, Python, Linux/Unix administration, configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Kafka/Storm, ELK/AppDynamics, SQL, MySQL, NoSQL. Telecommuting permitted. (*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or any Engineering or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in job offered or with software or systems development also acceptable).
