Title: Senior Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating support and maintenance activities with outside vendors and contractors
• Managing and maintaining Data Center systems and Enterprise Applications including
• Recommending, building, and establishing processes and procedures to maintain enterprise systems in multiple environments
• Other duties as assigned
• Working with users and other personnel for problem resolution
• Administrating and maintaining system software to support the system environment (upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations)
• Providing Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
• Recommending, selecting, and implementing security, policies, procedures, and tools in conjunction with the company’s security team
• Monitoring system performance, utilization, and trending to ensure system availability, reliability, redundancy, and sufficient capacity
• VMWare host, NetApp storage, Windows and Linux servers, and various management applications
• Working within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related subject or equivalent experience

Certifications:- CompTIA Security+ is required.

Experience Required:

7+ years of systems administration experience in the following areas:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft and other Cloud environments such as:

1. Microsoft Office 365 GCC High is required; experience in migrating to GCC High is a plus.
2. Package building and deploying with MECM.
3. InTune/EndPoint Management
4. ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM

• Deep understanding of an array of Enterprise computing systems such as:

1. VMWare ESX/vSphere data center virtualization technologies
2. VMWare Horizons VDI architectures
3. NetApp storage systems
4. Veeam system backup implementations
5. Windows server domains
6. RedHat Linux server

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with monitoring, diagnostic, analytics, and administration tools such as:

1. Manage Engine AD Manager Plus, AD Patch Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus, Desktop, Central, etc.
2. Microsoft MECM
3. PDQ Automation Software
4. Nagios Network and Server monitoring

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with systems integrations and automation techniques such as:

1. Powershell
2. SAML Authentication via Microsoft Azure
3. DUO Multifactor Authentication
