Senior Scientist, Stem Cell Manufacturing

We are hiring a senior-level scientist with extensive experience in Stem Cell Manufacturing and working in a GMP/GLP cell manufacturing environment. Industry experience is preferred.

With us, you'll get to:

• Oversee a variety of cell manufacturing pipelines, focused on human iPSC and iPSC-derived cell products (e.g. extracellular vesicles and exosomes) under GMP/GLP conditions for research purposes
• Collaborate with other ICR teams to accelerate our mission to improve human healthspan through personalized, regenerative medicine
• Troubleshoot issues with manufacturing pipelines and conduct failure analyses when needed
• Ensure manufacturing and QC SOPs are followed and work closely with ICR's QC Manager
• Contribute original research to ICR's regenerative medicine goals
• Optimize cell and stem cell production protocols, including advising on scale-up process development

Please apply if you have:

• A MS or PhD and at least 3 years of experience in cell manufacturing under GMP conditions; industry experience preferred
• A solid background in human cell culture and cell manufacturing processes, including QA/QC

Position title and compensation are commensurate with experience.

The compensation ranges listed below are starting ranges.

Starting base pay range: $135,000/yr - $175,000/yr

Starting additional compensation range: $7,500/yr - $17,500/yr
