Job Description
We are a well-known leader in aerospace and defense industry, offering propulsion systems and energetics to clients on a global level. We are experts in the design, manufacturing, assembly, and testing of components for different rocket engines.
We are looking for a Senior Environmental Remediation Manager to join our team that has experience with environmental remediation projects and solutions for diversified environmental investigations. We are looking for someone that has 10+ years of industry experience and can provide solutions to CERCLA and Corrective Actions on hazardous waste treatments. Are you open to a 5 minute call today? What You Need for this Position
MUST HAVE Experience
  • Litigation support
  • 5+ years of experience with CERCLA or RCRA
  • 3rd party entities
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Environmental Manager
  • 5+ years of experience with the remedial project and implementation
  • Corrective actions and hazardous waste (ground water or soil)
  • Experience with reporting the regulatory and compliance issues

What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities Of The Following
  • A wide range of corporate legacy sites that are now undergoing various levels of inquiry and remediation, as well as sites that include multiple parties, cost allocations, and coordination committees for the responsible party.
  • Responses and solutions to CERCLA, RCRA remedial action, and investigations, closures, and reporting of hazardous waste treatment units with regulatory agencies and third parties to reduce regulatory effect and compliance difficulties.
  • Dealing with regulatory agencies in negotiations and managing adherence to relevant orders, agency directions, and permits.
  • Responsibilities for financial assurance for a portfolio of sites
  • Remediation strategies that reduce the negative effects of regulations and compliance on real estate development
