Job Description

SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

Location: Santa Barbara, CA

Duration: Fulltime

Industry: Aerospace / Aviation / Defense

Here's what you'll be working on day to day:

  • Have a presence on the lab / Hi-Bay floor and develop effective working relationships with personnel and the program staff.
  • Lead the creation and evaluation of cost-effective inspection planning.
  • Function as the Quality lead for assigned program(s)
  • Lead the analysis of contractual requirements and creation of program plans, procedures, Quality Codes, etc.
  • Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and government agencies to guarantee compliance to contract requirements.


If you're interested, you would need to meet the following requirements:

  • 6 years minimum experience in a Quality related environment, 8+ years preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/analytical/scientific field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
