Job Description
12 Months Contract


Location: Torrance, CA


Daily Tasks Performed


  • Track dependencies and manage risk and issues.
  • Review Technical Design with Solution Architects and Tech leads.
  • Project Management for Assigned Projects & Enhancements to new or existing systems Following client's SDLC methodology (Agile & Waterfall) and deliverables.
  • Manage Release and post launch activities end to end. Supporting Production Systems as needed
  • Manage project plan, staff tasks and progress & report status.
  • Review, refine, and validate complex business requirements and combine into a clear and prioritized backlog.
  • Project Communication to business and IT stakeholders
  • Create presentation & communication material relevant to a variety of stake holders including business.
  • Co-ordinate, schedule, and chair meetings with multiple stakeholders & distribute meeting minutes.
  • Ensure Quality working with QA team, test planning and execution.

  • Ability to innovate and multi-task with minimal oversight.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate well with a diverse set of team members (team player)
  • Sr Project Manager with Customer facing website, platform digital focus - Commerce, Sales, Website, platform, PAAS, SAS and Salesforce experience.
  • Strong Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile Delivery models
  • Ability to perform the role of scrum-master.
  • Technical background to clearly understand complex business requirements and benefits of assigned projects.


Preferred


  • Ready to document Product Requirement
  • Experience delivering consumer facing websites, digital platforms or services that involve complex data, transactions or integrations
  • Automotive industry background, familiarity with e commerce and digital
  • Familiarity with Jira/Confluence tools to manage project artifacts, user stories, test cases etc.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem/family of Products
