This job contributes to Starbucks success by advancing work on strategic initiatives critical to the company. You will partner with broad cross functional teams to support end-to-end development and execution of strategic initiatives for our beverage business at Starbucks.
As a senior product manager, you will…
Work in an entrepreneurial fashion, to collaboratively build the strategy and execute the product roadmap for several key strategic initiatives at Starbucks.
  • Leverage Test & Learn plan and key market research insights to define optimal product assortment, target customer and platform positioning for a national launch, as well as the long-term product pipeline for the Oleato™ platform
  • Mentor and thought-partner with a lean and entrepreneurial minded team of partners on the strategic beverage initiatives team
  • Develop and lead the near-in and long-term, Test & Learn plan for Oleato™
  • Work in partnership with teams across the organization to develop clear messaging related to telling our coffee story to customers and partners
  • Work with the team to define the roadmap to reclaim our leadership of Hot Coffee, and work with cross-functional teams across the company to execute specific workstreams
  • Lead the cross-functional Go-To-Market effort to launch Oleato™ nationally in the U.S.
  • Support the rollout of new Coffee equipment, including messaging, partner engagement and customer excitement for the launch
Summary Of Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience or four or more years of US military experience, MBA preferred
  • Ideal but not required: Experience working in a small company, startup environment
  • 4 or more years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management, or product management
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
  • Solid business acumen and experience building and aligning cross-functional business cases
  • Delivers recommendations that demonstrate cross-functional strategic thinking
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Able to work in a flexible and nimble way to drive results while balancing multiple priorities
