Need 14 Years MUST

:

• In this role, 14+ years of senior level networking operational experience
• You will work on Incident Management and Problem Management for each incident/ticket and need to ensure the high uptime to the business.
• Your role will be of network L3 and need to work on various current/upcoming technologies (explained below) to support business needs.
• Will be responsible for supporting the network operations for IT Core Infrastructure. will be working actively on the operational issues along with stakeholders to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive).

Responsibilities

• Participate in Bridge calls with clients for joint troubleshooting of network issues
• Candidate should have working experience on Cisco ASA firewall platform
• Must have worked on large scale infra
• The candidate should be holding relevant network Ops experience.
• Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution
• Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
• Playing key role for network related incidents and providing key inputs for Problem Management
• He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end
• Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation.
• A self-motivated attitude
• The candidate should hold very rich experience in corporate LAN, Security & WAN infra
• Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR Series) and Switches (6500/4500/3850 Model) & Firewall (Cisco & ASA)
• Candidate must have work experience in implementing/troubleshooting Routing (Static, EIGRP, BGP and Policy Based routing) and Switching issues (VTP/STP)
• Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from candidate
• Documenting all Changes done in production environment through Change Management process
• Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets
• Candidate must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN)
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand client requirements
• Participation in the on-call rota
• Accurate recording of information
• Front-end face for Network Team while participating in internal P1/P2 Incident resolution bridge call
