Job Description
This lead position will manage the Enrollment, Eligibility and Billing (EEB) operational teams for the Individual and Family Plan (IFP) business. Responsibilities include the end-to-end management of IFP membership from our software enrollment & billing vendor through to HRP our claims system. This organization also responsible for renewal activity, open enrollment service readiness, reconciliation, billing related activities, and new market implementations.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 75,400
Maximum: 162,700
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in managing high volume edit correction processes.
8+ years of experience managing a group of 40+ people
5+ years of experience in enrollent and billing (Operations)
Multiple years proven leadership experience setting strategic direction and influencing change that resulted in quantifiable positive outcomes.
Proven strong leadership skills managing high performance teams.
Experience in highly regulated business and production-oriented environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical skills and root cause analysis
Vendor management experience and relationships
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of excellent quality results.
Excellent analytical and technical skills.
Strong knowledge of government programs with heavy emphasis on compliance
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with databases as well as interpretation and manipulation of related data.
Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree preferred.
