Job Description
Basic Function
  • Engage with supply base and ensure overall supplier performance. Develop and manage supplier development performance metrics. Lead Business Reviews with key suppliers bi-annually.
  • Strong analytical skills to review and develop action plans
  • Negotiation of costs, supply, support and terms for added value to Revlon
  • Represent Glass, Pumps and Dispensing Systems on NPD teams to ensure early engagement and compliance through Supplier Selection Process
  • Recommend award of business with detailed justification
  • Responsibilities:
  • Outline appropriate implementation plans
  • Lead RFP/RFQ events to achieve synergistic benefits, globally, regionally and locally
  • Lead implementation of approved strategies
  • Support Component Procurement efforts in Glass, Pumps and dispensince systems supporting Prestige and Prestige Mass Cosmetic portfolio to deliver year over year savings to reinvest in the business
  • Nature of duties will evolve over time to specific category management
Major Duties
  • Reduce working capital
  • Establish relevant internal and external communication to ensure effective management of global supply chains
  • Support Revlon’s growth objectives by identifying and executing savings and value add opportunities.
  • Uphold the Company’s Principles and Corporate Services values, business controls, ethics, policies and procedures, and professional standards
  • Reduce COGs
  • Deliver Procurement tasks on time against aggressive timelines to reap benfits early
  • Support the execution of Global Procurement’s delivery of corporate objectives
  • Effectively manage course corrections and/or strategy/tactic changes according to business needs
  • Appropriately manage quotations, benchmarks, pricing,commercial requirements, supplier approvals, Agreements and Contracts, and rfp’s through keen analytics, use of appropriate tools, official award of business practices, negotiation tactics, approved price list documentation and consistent organizational (document storage and reference) practices.
  • Coordinate, organize and alayze pertinent spend information
  • Ensure continuity of supplier service and supply
  • Global Procurement Integration in accordance with Revlon’s Operating Framework
  • Collaborate with Operations functions to deliver value add and supply chain improvements, in partnership with all other stakeholder business units
  • Lead Category strategy efforts through increased visibility to spend and coordination of initiatives and priorities across all regions

Minimum Education Required
  • BA degree required. MBA preferred or equivalent knowledge gained through experience. English proficiency. Other language skills a plus. Global procurement experience.
Responsibility For Control Of Expenditures
  • Spend Control – manage cost/price increases, ensure any or all increases are supported with data and rationale
  • Contribution yearly Cost Improvement targets/ savings across approximately $50 million spend.
Functional Responsibility
  • Proper document control throughout processes
  • Implemenation of approved tactics and strategies
  • Establishment of recommendation for Award of Business (AOB)
  • Owner of RFP/RFQ implementation including design, dissemination, collation and analytics
