THE ROLE:

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized and analytical Senior Manager, Manufacturing Technical Operations to join our growing Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Senior Director Manufacturing, this is a critical, highly cross-functional role that requires extensive technical experience working with co-manufactures. You will be responsible for setting up the proper processes and procedures to ensure that our product is consistently produced to the highest standards across various manufacturing facilities on a global scale. Using your strong operational background and meticulous attention to detail, you will serve as the subject matter expert on how our product is mass produced to ensure it can be replicated and scaled to meet the growth of the business while never sacrificing quality.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.
  • Scale the manufacturing processes across plants to meet AG’s standard as we formulate new products.
  • Work closely with other functions such as finance, marketing, and customer experience to ensure alignment across the business.
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes when problems arise such as flavor variations and consistency issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, industry trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality control.
  • Working closely with the various co-manufactures to successfully transfer and implement a consistent manufacturing process to other places.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, identifying and implementing opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Manage the manufacturing process from start to finish, ensuring that the process runs efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Implement various cost savings initiatives focusing on maximizing manufacturing processes and costs.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in operational processes, including supply chain, logistics, and quality control.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Process Engineering, including experience in a technical leadership role at a manufacturing facility.
  • Experience working within the dietary supplement industry, specifically with powder blending.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple work streams at once.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, organizational methodologies, and vendor relationship management.
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

AG is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $108,000 - $130,500 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
