  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science or information systems or related field required with at least 8 years of relevant IT experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Experience with Office 365-Administration, Desktop and Web based applications
  • Experience managing, resolving and escalating service desk tickets
  • Experience with network technologies-TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, Switches, LAN/WAN
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
  • Experience working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
In return, we offer you:
  • Full and comprehensive benefit program, including an Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) matching
  • Hybrid work flexibility
  • Opportunities to grow in a culture that prioritizes learning, development and progression through in-house programs and tuition reimbursement
