Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

These are the following responsibilities and roles for the Sr Compensation Manager:

  • Evaluating and modifying existing executive compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Developing profit-sharing, incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs.
  • Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensuring all executive programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
  • Developing and implementing new executive compensation programs, policies, and procedures.

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field

Experience:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a compensation manager or in a related role.
  • Must have experience with Executive, Equity and LTI programs

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong people and project management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
