This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 07:00am – 05:00pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional weekends and overtime. Our office is located at 4425 E COTTON CENTER BLVD , PHOENIX, 85040.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, log and distribute materials as needed.
• Open and remove from envelopes, all the incoming mail for the mail room.
• Help with the receiving and distribution of mail
• Pick up, deliver, and distribute all incoming mail from building mail room, P O. boxes, outgoing and interdepartmental.
• Provide basic daily facility operations.
• Move boxes and/or furniture to facilitate all space requirements for new and existing employees.
• Look up unmarked mail to identify
• Pick up and deliver packages to/from other locations as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work during our normal business hours of 07:00am – 05:00pm MST
• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• Ability to work out of 4425 East Cotton Center, Phoenix, AZ 85040 and reside in a commutable area
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Typing and 10 key by touch

Physical and Work Environment:

• Experience moving boxes and furniture
