The Role at a Glance

Lincoln has an exciting role open for a Senior IT Audit Analyst where you will provide information technology audit project leadership supporting Internal Audit’s Information Technology and Information Security audit plan. This role will be directly involved in providing project leadership and support to create appropriate scoping and test plans for a wide range of IT and cybersecurity audits.

What you'll be doing
  • Identifies process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Provide direction on assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Able to clearly articulate audit issues and recommendations as input to final report deliverables.
  • Under the direction of IT Audit management, lead IT Audit engagements of varying complexity with external co-source resources.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback to audit clients.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends in Information Technology and cybersecurity, assesses the impact, and collaborates with audit management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future audits.
What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years related work experience
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Information systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and audit test plans to deliver and exceed expected objectives and results.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Ability to think critically, analyze information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
  • Ability to interpret and apply common sense understanding to carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Agile Mindset; awareness/understanding of Agile methodologies (Preferred)
  • Ability to effectively resolve difficult disputes and business challenges using highly refined functional, partnering and leadership skills.
  • Ability to help identify, develop and implement processes improvements.

Pay Range: $87,700 - $159,900

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
