We are seeking a talented Growth Product Manager to join our team. As a Growth Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the long-term growth strategy for our B2B energy storage solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering market requirements, developing a deep understanding of the energy storage market in key global markets, and empowering our Product and Engineering teams to create energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate feedback into product requirements for future product generations, supporting the team of product managers
• Continuously improve processes and support company growth
• Utilize analytics to make data-driven decisions on product development and marketing strategies
• Own technical competitive intelligence workflows to inform the Product and Engineering teams
• Define and implement long-term growth strategy processes aligned with the company's growth goals
• Gather market requirements and develop a strong understanding of future utility-scale and commercial-scale energy storage operations in key global markets
• Maintain a strong connection with in-house Policy teams to define and prioritize key workstreams for business growth and success

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with competitive analysis and market research
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of renewable energy policies and regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience in product management or in the energy industry, preferably in the energy storage technology space or in growth stage companies
