Salary $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Job Details

On a daily basis, the Senior Financial Analyst will look for ways to improve current business processes through automation and standardization and you will develop and provide recommendations on team staffing levels based on analysis of operational productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

Support the monthly close & forecasting process for Modular Suite financials; validate and analyze results while identifying key risks and opportunities

Opportunity to lead some internal/external stakeholder discussions but not all; supervisor to lead discussions with executive leadership, difficult commercial discussions/proposals, etc.

Support the annual budget and quarterly re-forecast processes for Modular Suite, with the opportunity to own a full P&L of 1 Modular Suite business line

Collaborate with accounting teams and other business partners at all levels of the organization in the analysis of financial performance.

Provide ad hoc analysis to leadership to help articulate business performance and trends

Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent.

3-5 Years Of Finance Experience Required.

Effective communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

Strong Analytical Skills And Decision-making Abilities.

The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines.

Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a moderate degree of autonomy.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Adaptive Insights and Power BI reporting a plus
