This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Job Summary
This position provides financial guidance, direction and analytical support for the North America Commercial Team – specifically, the Motorcycle Segment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinates the development and assists in the preparation of all supported budgets, forecasts and monthly estimates.
  • Analyzes monthly motorcycle industry sales data and develops key insights and storylines on motorcycle industry performance and trends.
  • Supports annual regional pricing exercises.
  • Assumes leadership responsibility within the Finance team and with stakeholders; Advocates for new ideas; Challenges the status quo; Serves as an example for co-workers.
  • Supports monthly regional motorcycle supply and demand submission process working closely with business partners to understand and model the financial impacts; Supports the development of long-term regional volume projections.
  • Provides month-end financial support including journal entries, account reconciliations and performance reporting / margin variance analysis and commentary development for senior leadership.
  • Supports ad hoc regional market initiatives providing financial analysis and modeling to support and influence strategic decisions.

Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications
  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • An MBA or CPA is desired.

Experience Requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to successfully balance multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully interact with all levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining broader perspective.
  • Proven capability to lead and strong sense of accountability.
  • Critical thinker and comfortable working with ambiguity with ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for insights to influence strategic decisions and innovation to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience leading discussions and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Competency in the use of spreadsheets and accounting systems for the purpose of financial analysis and modeling.
Preferred
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Experience in a Commercial Finance role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the motorcycle industry is preferred.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
