Our client is a high-growth global manufacturing company in the Milwaukee area that is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position is currently working a hybrid schedule of days in the office and remote.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a blend of financial planning and analysis processes and month-end close responsibilities. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with all levels of management to gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare recommendations regarding financial plans, trended future requirements, and operating forecasts.
• Preparation of studies, reports, analyses, and recommendations in areas such as budgets, forecasts, financial plans, governmental requirements, statistical reports, and business forecasts.
• Financial modeling for new client business and assisting in the pricing of new contracts.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will perform other duties as requested.
• Evaluate complex profit plans, operating records, and financial statements.
• Ad hoc projects, as applicable, for partner and operational analysis, new project initiatives and integration efforts

The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• The Senior Financial Analyst will have 2+ years’ financial analysis experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with a comprehensive understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
