Senior Financial Analyst Jobs

Role and Responsibilities

• General Ledger Account Analysis and Management
• Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and tracking of financial results
• Assist in General Ledger / accounting monthly close activities
• Perform special operational and financial projects as required
• Assist with General Ledger postings under the NS2 Controller’s guidance
• Position will report to NS2 Controller and assume the following responsibilitiesEstablishing financial and operational processes and controls

• Skill sets required:Works on a wide range of problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of data and/or situations require evaluation of identifiable factors (root cause).
• Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and for obtaining solutions.

• Strong SAP Accounting Systems background and G/L experience desired
• Experience5-7 years of accounting and/or Finance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience or knowledge of BW reporting
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting issues, Revenue Recognition guidelines, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

• Education and Related Experience required:College degree in Accounting or related field of knowledge is required.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience is required, including knowledge of SAP, excel, and PowerPoint.
