Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Tewksbury / Lawrence, MA Area (Hybrid 2-3 days per week)

Compensation: Targeting up to $110K annual salary plus bonus and benefits

Responsibilities

Joining a small Finance team, this role will report directly to the VP of Finance. This role will support the company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, financial modeling, and monthly and ad hoc reporting and analysis.

• Prepare multi-year financial models
• Support delivery of accurate and timely month-end budget vs actual variance analysis
• Develop analysis and reporting on performance of critical initiatives across the organization
• Create and manage standardized reporting packages

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint skills along with the ability to use BI tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Advanced level MS Excel skills, with a proven ability to perform Excel based financial modeling
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Targeting 3+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a fast-paced setting within either medical device, biotechnology, life sciences, or software/technology
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication skills
