Job Description

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for Senior Finance Manager.


A well-established and highly stable organization with strong organic year-on-year growth is seeking a commercially savvy finance leader to be an active and key part of the commercial finance function, directly supporting business leaders. This is a high-profile position within a leaner finance function, requiring high level support of strategic decision making while being technically hands-on.


Responsibilities:

  • Short-, medium- and long-term forecast modeling
  • Manage a small team
  • Identify and implement efficiencies and improvements
  • Develop and roll-out polices/procedures
  • Directly support business unit senior leadership on a range of commercial issues
  • Strategic financial modeling
  • Corporate forecasting and planning
  • Support of operational and commercial business decision making


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related subject
  • MBA/Master of Finance or related post-graduate degree preferred
