Job Description

We are a growing firm, looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for someone who has 4+ years of family law experience.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Family Law experience
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in NYC and in good standing
  • Hearing and trial experience


Responsibilities:

  • Create legal documents such as pleadings, motions, marital settlement agreements, contracts, judgements and orders for a high volume of cases
  • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action
  • Maintain client files to ensure they are properly organized and up to date
  • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed
  • Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
