Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Family Law Attorney. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling all aspects of family law cases, from intake through mediation and trial. Day-to-day tasks include researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting legal documents, appearing in court, and communicating with clients and opposing counsel.

  • Compassionate, experienced (3+ yrs), zealous but ethical, tech-forward lawyer who enjoys both litigation (hearings, trials, depositions) and negotiating agreements (settlements, mediation)
