We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with expertise in Blazor to join our dynamic development team. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge web applications using the Blazor framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain web applications using the Blazor framework, adhering to coding standards and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable code.
2. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement intuitive user interfaces.
3. Utilize your expertise in Blazor's component-based architecture to design and create reusable UI components, enhancing development efficiency and code modularity.
4. Integrate Blazor applications with .NET Core backend services, using RESTful APIs for data exchange and real-time communication.
5. Implement and optimize server-side logic and data handling using C# and other .NET technologies, ensuring seamless application performance.
6. Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and fix bugs and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
7. Optimize Blazor applications for performance, including minimizing load times and improving user responsiveness through efficient coding practices.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Blazor and .NET technologies, continuously improving your skills and sharing knowledge within the team.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
10. Collaborate with DevOps and deployment teams to ensure smooth application deployment and continuous integration processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on Blazor development, with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience.
3. Proficient in C# and .NET Core, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
4. Extensive experience with Blazor, including Blazor WebAssembly and Blazor Server, and a deep understanding of its component lifecycle and state management.
5. Strong knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, and experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
6. Experience with RESTful API integration and familiarity with backend technologies like ASP.NET Core for data handling.
7. Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
