Job Description
Why Phase2?

Our remote first employees join and stay at Phase2 to be a force. In pursuit of digital experience that advances the human experience, you will do your best work, live fully, and succeed as a team.

We are a digital agency rooted in technology, passionate about customer experience, and grounded in data and insights. We guide industry-leading companies to what’s next in their digital landscape. In short, we make digital products that inspire, engage, and create impact.

Are you passionate about using data to solve problems? Do you understand how data-driven insights can help marketers understand and connect with their customers? If so, Phase2 would love to talk to you. We’re looking for a Senior Digital Analyst who can help our clients optimize their marketing and product strategies based on data-derived insights.

We believe that data can help our clients to see their customers as humans, not just as segments. Your work will focus on collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data and digital marketing data for the purpose of informing strategic and tactical recommendations, in service of achieving Phase2’s clients’ business goals.

Our ideal candidate is skilled at interpreting data for clients and providing guidance to strategy and implementation teams based on that data. This role is a combination of client-facing strategy (the “why” of data), along with hands-on research and implementation (the “how” of data). We need someone self-directed, with a passion for using data to tell stories, surface insights, and inform decisions.

This position reports to: Director, Marketing Services

  • Produce testable hypotheses related to customer acquisition/retention, user experience and product features
