Job Description

Our client, a highly respected technology leader creating leading software solutions for restaurants, retailers, and banks, is searching for a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join their team.


Responsibilities

  • Support SEC and NYSE filings and compliance.
  • Maintain corporate records with respect to public company filings and general record keeping.
  • Assist with preparation of Board Committee agendas, meeting packages, and other Board distributions.
  • Support preparation of Proxy Statement.
  • Prepare and distribute annual Director and Officer Questionnaires and related Proxy items.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal; experience in both a major law firm and at least 5 years in-house at a public company strongly preferred


Salary starting at $120K-$130K+, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and hybrid work schedule.
