Senior Consultant Jobs

As a Senior Consultant with The Welty Group, you will become part of a consulting team that specializes in providing management, fundraising, and governance consulting services to nonprofit organizations. Currently serving primarily the San Diego, California Region, this position will primarily service the South Puget Sound Region of Washington.

Your activities with TWG may include:

• Helping guide tactical and implementation aspects of our work.
• Participation in new business development activities which may include communication and personal meetings with prospective clients, networking within organizations, attending and presenting at conferences and seminars, and authoring and publishing articles.
• Partnering with other Welty Group consultants on strategic issues related to clients.
• Serving as a member of a Welty Group team with another member of our team serving as a lead client relationship manager.
• Providing advice and counsel to TWG corporate strategy for the South Puget Sound Region.
• Providing guidance and input on client-related strategies and key components of plans and programs we deliver.
• Serving as a subject matter expert or as support for relationships with prospective, current, and former clients; and partnering with one (or more) Welty Group team members on client relationships.
