Senior Commercial Construction Superintendent

This is a highly regarded construction company based in the Washington metropolitan region that offers comprehensive services and has a proven track record of excellence in completing complex and high-profile projects for clients in both the public and private sectors. They are skilled in constructing new structures as well as renovating, restoring, and modernizing large-scale commercial, institutional, and government buildings, such as offices, schools, courthouses, laboratories, data centers, residential complexes, performing arts centers, embassies, monuments, and museums. Their annual revenue exceeds $550 million, and they have the capacity to bond up to $1 billion in aggregate.

The Superintendent will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
