- Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicate these back to the business stakeholders.
- Other ad-hoc projects as directed by the Chief Financial Officer
- Elicit, analyze, and evaluate current business practices, workflows and strategies and identify technology solutions needed to streamline and optimize business performance and positively impacts business ROI.
- Create systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts, providing direction to Sirtex’s operational and technology growth.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance by developing KPI scorecards, reports or dashboards which communicate improvements made and ROI realized.
- Lead product design/ problem identification workshops focusing on continuous improvement, challenging the status quo, and conducting deep root cause analysis.
- Collaborate in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and training to staff on SAP best practices, process, procedures, and issue resolution.
- Develop fact-based recommendations to improve practices and strategies and work closely with the regional finance directors, project management office, IT, and other stakeholders to implement improvements
- 7 years’ experience applying recognized data processing concepts to business process planning and enhancements.
- Excellent engagement, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to unite those with various perspectives towards a shared vision.
- 3+ years proven experience in project management with an emphasis on continuous improvement and analytical problem solving.
- Powerful and effective communications skill (oral, written and presentation) with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing, documenting and producing solutions, instructional, and procedural presentations at a high standard.
- Experience utilizing quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, with high capacity for solving business problems with incomplete information
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Solid understanding of ERP system, hands-on experience with SAP is ideal. Experience with SAP S/4 Hanna is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail with the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast passed environment.
- Past experience working for a global medical device company is a plus.
- Deep experience identifying business issues, process mapping and business process reengineering, owning responsibility for the quality of deliverables, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing persuasive recommendations
- Proven proficiency with process, and data mapping, testing, status monitoring, problem tracking and resolution
- Strong understanding of business processes, regulatory requirements, internal control risk management, process, data and technology controls and related standards and frameworks as related to financial institutions.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment to solve business challenges and drive change in large organizations.
- Solution oriented, with the ability to translate data into business improvement recommendations and actionable results.
- Experience with defining workflows, defining business, functional, and technical requirements documents,
