Senior Accountant Jobs

Vaco is working with a rapidly growing logistics/shipping company with customers across the world that is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a very "down to earth" company that really cares about its employees and treats them well. They let people leave early for their children's events and for doctor appointments and do not charge anyone PTO time for these types of things. They pay well and give out bonuses to everyone and do not require any overtime work or weekend work.

We are looking for someone to help the Controller with Month End Close duties, international and domestic entity reporting, and various ad hic financial analyst related work. Any inventory accounting or inventory experience would be a huge plus but not required. This person will also at times help with AP and AR and might mentor and coach an AP and AR person at times too.

This is a hybrid role with two days working from home and three days working in the office. This company serves a very specialized and niche market which has been growing rapidly due to the state of the economy since the covid era and is now poised for even more growth both domestically and internationally. Great opportunity for someone to move into an Accounting Manager role after they master this Senior Accountant role.
