Your Impact:
Jacobs has an upcoming exciting structure inspection opportunity you don't want to miss to grow your inspection career through working on an engaging large-scale infrastructure project. You should be a self-motivated professional with a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience as a structural inspector. Key to the current position is specifically having experience inspecting at least one concrete box girder bridge constructed by CIP or precast balanced cantilever construction in the last 15 years. Having knowledge of Caltrans construction inspection manuals, procedures, and practices is a bonus for the current opportunity. Additionally, you should have strong technical skills in concrete bridge construction, a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work with others, and a desire to grow personally as well as professionally.
This exciting opportunity will be based near our Sacramento, CA office at a project site with breathtaking views. You will be leading the bridge inspection efforts and helping to train other inspection and engineering staff for this project. You will have the opportunity to not only work on an sensational segmental bridge, but also with a team that is strong technically, supportive of each other, collaborative, client-focused, and goal oriented - we want to do what's right for the project!

Typical salary range for this position is $60.48 - 89.00/hour, and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
