Responsibilities:

The Information Security Office Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) department is looking for a Security Analyst 2 to identify, analyze, communicate, and make recommendations on how to address IT security risks.

To achieve this, we are seeking a highly analytical, subject matter expert at the forefront of security and technology advancements and trends. A successful candidate will be inquisitive, flexible, and adaptable; comfortable with identifying and proactively dealing with changes based on new information. You will be responsible for working with internal and external teams on security assessments and documenting assessment results, including communication to senior leadership.

As a Security Analyst 2 on the GRC team, you will:
  • Conduct peer reviews, provide subject matter expertise, and mentor others as they conduct risk assessments.
  • Analyze connections between threat actors, threat events, and applicability of potential mitigating controls; research and evaluate complex security controls.
  • Understand, periodically assess, and communicate external threats and their applicability to the Enterprise Holdings environment. Identify complex cyber threats, recognize and categorize types of vulnerabilities, and partner with penetration testing personnel for threat emulation activities.
  • Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follow security policies and procedures and continuously identify and recommend opportunities for improving security.
  • Develop and deliver reports and summaries for varying audiences, including executive decision makers.
  • Lead risk assessments of security process and controls to provide guidance to others to understand the relationships between threats, control gaps, and potential impacts to the security posture of our systems and applications. Assessments range in scope from focused technical controls to broad environment-wide risks.

Qualifications:

Required:
  • Demonstrable aptitude for leadership, collaboration, and relationship management.
  • Must be able to work independently with a sense of ownership to accomplish department and project tasks
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must have strong time management and organization skills combined with attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in Information Security, including knowledge of cloud computing technology.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of common practices and methodologies related to information security frameworks, risk assessment and treatment, control design and testing, and compliance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to communicate a clear and concise strategic vision.
  • Security related certification such as CISSP or CISM.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and responsibilities and deliver high quality results.
  • Broad knowledge of IT solutions and architecture implementations and ability to determine threat and control applicability to the environment.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 3+ years of related experience; can include any combination of experience in Information Technology and Information Security.
Preferred:
  • Scripting automation or application programming experience.
  • Functional knowledge of productivity, documentation, and collaboration tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence.
  • Experience developing security requirements in policy or standards.
  • Thorough understanding of security industry standards such as ISO 27001/2 and NIST security standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
