Seasonal Ticket Agent Jobs

• Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to customers concerning headways, routings, buses and other reasonable requests for information
• Conduct transactions with customers (sell tickets and make reservations)
• Complete supporting documentation (deposit slip and receipts) and complete reports as needed
• Announce departures
• Prepare ticket sales and package express reports

• General knowledge of NJ TRANSIT'S bus lines
• Previous experience in a cash-handling position
• Candidate must be able to pass a clerical assessment
• Customer service experience interacting with the public
• MUST BE FULLY AVAILABLE to work up to 40 hours on weekdays and weekends starting Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend
