We are seeking Overnight Cleaners who play an essential role in the US Open guest experience.
DATES/SHIFT: Aug 27-Sept 10, 11PM-8AM
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the cleaning of the Arthur Ashe seating bowl (inner stadium) at the end of the last match
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Perform cleaning services throughout the facility (stadium, restrooms, grounds, etc.)
  • Greet and assist all staff and guests in a welcoming and friendly manner
  • Maintain an account for all supplies provided by the NTC Team
  • Empty all trash and dirty towel receptacles

Qualifications
  • English proficiency required; Bilingual (preferred)
  • Punctual and presentable shift attendance, neatly groomed in a clean, well-maintained uniform
  • Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and able to stand for extended periods
  • Previous guest or customer service-related experience
  • Remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment as well as during stressful situations
  • Personable and proactive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Available to work for the full duration of the US Open tournament
  • Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts and be available days, nights and weekends
Salary: $16 per hour; overtime eligible
