Job Description
Work Experience
Must have recent work experience as a scrum master in a Lab, biotech or pharma company managing development and/or IT projects.
Business Acumen, specifically experience in diagnostics space and has high level technical understanding (needed to be effective with the team)
Leading Agile teams in distributed agile environment
Certified Scrum Master and Certified SAFe Scrum Master
5+ years of relevant experience and Proficiency with Agile tools and methodology
Experience in Rally and Jira
