Scrum Master I: $66,500.00 - $87,800.00 (entry level)
Scrum Master II: $79,800.00 - $103,600.00 (2 years’ experience minimum)
Scrum Master III: $95,500.00 - $121,100.00 (4 years’ experience minimum)
Scrum Master IV: $110,600.00 - $136,200.00 (7 years’ experience minimum)

Beast Code is seeking a Scrum Master to join our family as a great facilitator who ensures success for our software development teams.
Like an air traffic controller, the Scrum Master does not make the rules, but applies those rules in a manner that moves things along in a safe, orderly and expeditious flow.
We’re looking for someone who is big on organization and teamwork – a difference-maker who supports and guides the company’s project teams to high levels of performance and quality. The Scrum Master optimizes focus within each team, manages impediments, and facilitates cooperation between multiple teams with dependencies.
Our Scrum Masters are problem solvers who enjoy developing real-world solutions for real-world issues. These servant-leaders promote a collaborative spirit in which all interactions are helpful and maximize the value of the team as well as the project and, ultimately, the company.
As a Scrum Master at Beast Code, you’ll be a juggler who communicates decisions, assesses risks, removes impediments and drives continuous improvement all in the same day. But that should be no worry for you, because you have a calm demeanor that’s like fabric softener – you reduce friction and make everything seem fresh. You turn stress into success!
As a Scrum Master, a typical day may include the following:

• Organize and lead team ceremonies such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives
• Support the company values and vision with the ability to communicate and inspire the team
• Work with the Product Manager and Product Owners to organize the backlog to maximize value
• Manage program increments and capture project milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical decisions
• Foster an environment of high-quality development and continued team- and self-improvement

• Analyzing metrics and recommend new solutions to increase the value and velocity of teams
• Keeping current with Agile industry standards and trends; then using that to promote change that increases Agile Team productivity
• Managing time and resources to hit team milestones, goals and deadlines
• Researching and developing new techniques to make backlog management more effective

Bonus Points if you have:

• A Professional Scrum Master Certification (or equivalent)
• Experience managing multiple software development teams simultaneously

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
• Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations.

• Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
