GENERAL SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Junior to Mid-Level Scrum Master. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage a team of 8 talented software developers and 5 data encoders, working on innovative projects to support the RV brands managed by OneRoadRV including Travelcamp RV. This position is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Scrum Masters or Project Managers to further develop their skills and contribute to the success of cutting-edge projects.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

- Facilitate the Agile/Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate closely with the product owner to prioritize and define project requirements.

- Guide the team in creating and maintaining project backlogs, ensuring transparency and efficient workflow.

- Track project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.

- Provide support and guidance to team members, removing any obstacles hindering project delivery.

- Conduct regular meetings and report project status to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Manage quality assurance of development team by inspecting their work and providing feedback.

- Willingness to create tickets for new features, bugs or other defects.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma

- Scrum Master Certification CSM, PSM I, PMI-ACP, PMP or CompTIA Project+ or 2-4 years managing a software development team, or 2+ years working as a software developer and a desire for a management opportunity.

- Experience in project management, preferably in a software-related field. Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices.

- Knowledge of Jira ticket boards or the ability to quickly learn Jira software project management solutions.

- Familiarity with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integration within software projects.

- Understanding of the importance of responsive design, delivering applications compatible with both mobile and desktop platforms.

- Meticulous attention to detail, with a drive for excellence in project deliverables.

- Passion for software, computers, and technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends.

- Ability to work collaboratively with an off-shore team that demonstrates excellent work ethic and English proficiency.

- Report or collaborate with CEO, COO, Director of Operations and Director of Marketing (both during business hours and outside of business hours if necessary).

OFFICE HOURS: Mon. – Fri. 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
