 The Technical Scrum Master will effectively and efficiently manage the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an Agile development environment. He/She will facilitate and run daily scrums, iteration planning, sprint review, manage the product backlog, collaborate on requirement documentation, manage support tickets and unblock barriers to keep the team moving. This position requires commitment to exceptional results, a strong desire for continuous improvement and the ability to build a collaborative culture within our team;

 Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong leadership abilities

• Able to do post mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
• Assesses the Scrum maturity of the team and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable
• Guides team in time estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
• Ensures the development teams are practicing the core Agile values, practices and principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, visibility, self-organization, and proper documentation of stories and tasks
• Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program
• Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
• Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
• Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Scrum Master
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development as an Analyst, Tester, Developer, Or Project Manager
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Scrum and agile frameworks
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with agile development techniques such as DevOps, test-driven development, and test automation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with SDLC, Project Management, and Software Delivery
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM) required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Client Server Technologies such as .NET/C#, Angular, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution.

 This Miami Lakes, FL position requires travel to client locations up to 100% of the time.
