Scrum Master – Hcm Workday (Fulltime), Marlborough, Ma (Remote)

As a Scrum Master - HCM Workday, you will have the opportunity to lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries and facilitate all team meetings and ceremonies using the SAFe Framework. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, you will remove roadblocks, coach and mentor the team on agile ways of working, and manage dependencies both internal and external to the scrum team. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Owner to understand and align on backlog priorities and have extensive knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks. If you have 5+ years of Scrum Master experience and a passion for driving efficiency and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

:

• Remove roadblocks and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Coach and mentor the team on agile ways of working
• Manage dependencies internal and external to the scrum team
• Facilitate all team meetings and ceremonies using the SAFe Framework
• Lead Scrum teams for complex deliveries

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Extensive understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
• Experience working closely with Product Owners
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to lead Scrum teams

Additional Information

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
• Must have a strong engineering mindset and awareness of DevSecOps
• This is a full-time remote position
• Certification as a Scrum Master is preferred
• Must be assertive and willing to hold the team accountable
• Must be situationally aware and able to identify and address issues as they arise.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and personality types
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
