In Pennsylvania, our Team Jeni's Ambassadors have the opportunity to earn an average of $20.65 per hour!*

*This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2022 base pay rate, plus 2021's hourly tip average. 2022 actual customer tips may vary.

If the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador are less than $15 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person’s paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period.

Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is searching for Ambassadors to join our Fishtown team.

Qualities of an Ice Cream Ambassador (also known as a scoop shop employee):

• Familiar with (and be able to articulate to customers) what distinguishes Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams from other ice creams, and be able to articulate that to the 500th customer with the same care and presence as the 1st customer
• Reliable, on time, and ready to hustle for every shift
• Available to work weekends, late nights (past 11 p.m.)
• Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean (a lot), stamina (to serve people in long lines), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Committed to the well-being of their shop team, their community, and the environment around them
• Provide consistent, world-class service to every single customer

Founded by Jeni Britton Bauer in 2002, Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams is a B Corporation headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, with scoop shops in over ten cities across the country, making it possible for members of Team Jeni’s who are interested in developing their careers, or transitioning to a new city, to have meaningful opportunities to learn, grow, and explore.
