ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Troubleshoot and qualify analytical instrumentation
  • Assist with mass spectral interpretation of non-targeted analysis data generated from ENDS products by a variety of analytical instrumentation
  • Write and review scientific documents (SOPs, VOPs, Work Instructions, and technical summaries)
  • Build mass spectral databases using reference materials
  • Exciting opportunity to work with characterizing data generated from non-targeted analyses
  • Perform method development and validation of test methods using GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, and LC/MS/MS
  • Operate and maintain GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, and LC/MS/MS instrumentation
  • Manage the regulatory testing data and documents systematically in an organized fashion
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice


PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience in stability study, statistical analysis, and regulatory submissions
  • Experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with chromatography-mass spectrometry-based techniques and data interpretation experience
  • Experience interacting with regulatory agencies
  • Experience in aerosol analytical chemistry
  • Proficiency with chromatography and mass spectrometry data analysis software such as MassHunter, Chromeleon, Xcalibur, Compound Discoverer
  • Hands-on experience with method development and validation GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, LC/MS/MS
  • ENDS or nicotine-related products
  • Compliance experience with cGMP, GLP, or ISO 17025 standard


EDUCATION:


  • BS required in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Materials Chemistry, or a related field

SALARY RANGES:


Salary varies by role, level and location, and is dependent on the cost of labor in a given


geographic region among other factors. These ranges may be modified at any time.


SALARY RANGE:


$104,000—$156,000 USD
